Published on behalf of the Australian Olympic Committee, the Official Australian Olympic Team Guide was an essential tool for Australian Olympic fans rallying behind their team in Beijing in 2008.
In July 2008, an AOC-licensed, high-quality, official team guide was released. Entitled Official Australian Olympic Team Guide to the 2008 Olympic Games, this photo-driven publication contained a schedule of Olympic events, information on the 2008 Australian Olympic team members, a background on the various sports and sporting organizations, television broadcast information, and a history of the Australian Olympic team.
This publication was an essential tool for Olympic fans and the Australian general public that wanted to follow the games from home. With an in-depth schedule of events, and television coverage, as well as information on team members, the magazine was kept at the fingertips of fans around the country as they cheered for their national team.
